I represent Georgetown Police Officer George Bermudez concerning his indefinite suspension rendered on July 17. Officer Bermudez did not manipulate the sights on another officer’s rifle, nor does he know how or when the sights were altered. Further, Officer Bermudez has never admitted to manipulating the sights on the rifle.
Officer Bermudez intends to appeal the imposition of indefinite suspension and looks forward to all of the facts being presented in the open.
